What is Bridges?
What does it do?
Why use it?
Bridges is a subconscious conflict resolution approach, a scientific theory and a tool that uses Lego® Serious Play®.
It is currently a one day in person course. The tool takes a day to learn and about a month to master. When mastered it can prevent self harm and suicide as well as increase resilience, staff retention and solve problems faster than any meeting, discussion or one to one.
Is now used across sectors and with significant positive impact.
It is a communication tool and not a Psychological tool or intervention.
There are academic and scientifically valid measurements that can measure progress.
This product proudly uses Lego® Serious Play® in it’s application.
Why use it? If you had the power to prevent harm, resolve conflict and save the time of those who work on the frontline - not to mention actually save the lives of others. The question should surely be, why are you not using it?

BRIDGES® TRAINING FEEDBACK
“This method has the potential to heal and positively impact military personnel’s family, community and workplace as well asprevent adverse events.
The LEGO® brick allows for a “disarming” of the challenge as it externalises the challenge for outside reflection. This tool goes deeper and faster at getting after the root cause of challenges and provides time to explore the possibilities and positive future actions.”

“Al l walked in [HMP Belmarsh] wearing Thrudark I thought.. my wife is dead, I've been to war, I am in prison. What is Lego® going to do for me?
In 3 hours, it saved my life.
If I could learn to do this I could help so many people and most of all when I get out I could even use it with my kids. It works.”
